I hereby certify that the entrant’s handicap conforms with the current EGA
Handicapping System or Standard Scratch Score and Handicapping Scheme
of the Council of National Golf Unions or similar official handicapping system
adopted in the country from which the competitor has entered and that, to
the best of my knowledge, the entrant is an amateur golfer in accordance
with the Rules of Amateur Status as approved by R&A Rules Limited.

Ladies born in 1964 and Men born in 1959 or after, who are members of a
golf club in Germany that is member in the DGV or a golf club of any other
foreign country associated to its national Golf Union / Federation /
Association.

If there are more than 50 entries for ladies and 80 entries for men, ladies
and men with the highest handicap will be eliminated. Unsuccessful entrants
will be informed immediately after the Closing Date and will be placed on a
waiting list and given the opportunity to compete if there are subsequent
withdrawals.
If, for any reason, a competitor is unable to participate, he must
communicate this to the German Golf Association before June 27th 2014.

Registration:
All Players must register at the scoring area at the day before the
championship until 04.00 p.m.
A competitor who does not register up to this date and time is liable to be
withdrawn from the championship. If a player is unable to register in person,
a registration by another person, via fax, e-mail or telephone will be
accepted.
Free practice round:
At the day before the championship. Starting times for the practise round
should be registered and confirmed by scoring team on the golf course.

Ladies with the best 21 and ties over the first 36 holes.
Men with the best 42 and ties over the first 36 holes.

In the event of a tie for first place the winner will be decided by a hole by
hole playoff. For the remaining classification the better score for the last 36
holes counts, thereafter the last 18 holes. If then there is still a tie, the 9
holes, thereafter the 6 holes, thereafter the 3 holes, thereafter the last hole,
thereafter the ballot.
The winning Lady will become “German International Senior Ladies
Championship, 2014”
The winning Men will become “German International Senior
Championship, 2014”
Nations Cup:
Eligible for play of the Nations Cup are teams of two or three players, who
entered the competition before closing date and have been named by their
National Association/Federation/Union either in advance to the DGV office or
during the practise day until 03:00 p.m. in the golf club.
Each country may enter up to two men teams and two ladies teams.

The two best scores of each team for the first and second round will count.
In the event of a tie the best team score of round two counts, thereafter the
best individual score of round two counts, thereafter the non-considered
counting score of player three of round two, thereafter the ballot decides.

The tees to be played will be announced before the practice round.

Conditions of competition:
The championship is played in accordance with the Rules of Golf as
approved by the R & A and the Local Rules for the competition.
The “DGV-Vorgabensystem” (Handicap-System) and the general DGV conditions of competition apply for the tournament.
In case of doubt the German version of all conditions is decisive.
The Committee reserves the right to alter the conditions.
