ClubLink Corporation - Lakeside at Rocky Crest

ClubLink: One Membership, More Golf
Lakeside at Rocky Crest combines a number of ClubLink’s strengths: premium golf courses and
high-quality development in prime locations such as Muskoka.
Since it began in 1993, ClubLink Corporation of King City, Ontario, has become Canada’s
largest owner and operator of premium golf properties. With more than 15,000 Members,
ClubLink operates some of the finest member golf clubs in the country, as well as acclaimed
daily-fee Glen Abbey Golf Club, known as the long-time home of the PGA Tour’s Canadian
Open.
The key to ClubLink’s growth has been its unique reciprocal play structure. A membership in
ClubLink provides access to 39 of the best courses in Ontario and Quebec, including the Greater
Toronto Area, the National Capital Region, the Greater Montreal Area, London, as well as
resorts in areas of Mont-Tremblant and Muskoka.
And through ClubLink’s affiliation with ClubCorp, ClubLink Members have the opportunity to
access more than 250 business, athletic and golf clubs in the United States and around the world.
ClubLink has developed some of the finest courses in the country by some of the game’s top
designers including Tom McBroom, Fred Couples, Mark O’Meara, Doug Carrick, Darrell
Huxham and Graham Cooke. Greg Norman is the architect of ClubLink’s newest course,
Wyndance Golf Club, which will open for play in 2007.
Courses developed by ClubLink are among the most highly regarded in Canada, including Rocky
Crest (ranked No. 5 in The Globe and Mail’s 2005 ranking of Canada’s Top 100), The Lake
Joseph Club (ranked No. 8 by 2004 SCOREGolf magazine’s Top 100), Le Maître de MontTremblant (named Best New Course in Quebec in 2002 by Golf International magazine), and so
on.
ClubLink Corporation is a public company, trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (LNK and
LNK.DB).
ClubLink’s tag line is One Membership, More Golf.
Now it also includes the perfect fractional ownership vacation community with Lakeside at
Rocky Crest.
