For ultimate in appearance and corrosion protection a topcoat is recommended. For fasteners, Torque 'N' Tension dry film lubricant, for non lubricated parts, HydroKlad dry to touch coatings. Corrosion Resistance – This graph demonstrates the superior resistance to first white corrosion, even after extended thermal shock test. This means that TriPass ELV 5500 meets current automotive specifications. Dimensional Tolerance – Typically only 8µm metal thickness is required.
