The plant consists of one direct fired boiler installation, heavy fuel oil (HFO) and gas, and a steam turbine in combination with a gas turbine. The gas turbine is able to run in combination with a boiler and steam turbine or seperatly. The boiler and steam turbine were commissioned in 1978. The gas turbine GT13E which has been taken into operation in 1988 is available. The new EV burner unit has been installed in 1996. We distinguish therefor two types of shutdown: Shutdown Warm, Shutdown Cold The stop procedures describe from a specific amount of power output which special restrictions occur. The format equals the format of the control restrictions. Characteristics of the old configuration Power output depends on air and cooling water temperature. Therefore temperature curves are set for planning purposes. The start time is the time needed to come from standby to parallel and is also downtime dependable. The maximum control restrictions are noted points in time and net power output. The maximum control restrictions are valid if the unit is ramped up to its maximum. In the ranges between the dictated points, more points can be described.
