Tender documents will be issued by the office of Superintending Engineer (Elect.) for NIT No. 65 (13-14)
(Elect.) & 09 (14-15) (Elect.) and Superintending Engineer (Proc.) for NIT No. 07 (14-15) (Proc.) against remitting
the specified tender cost separately for issue of each tender document through Demand Draft / Pay Order in
favour of the “Accounts Officer (DCCPP), RRVUNL, Dholpur” on working days during office hours upto 05:00 PM
one day before scheduled opening date for tenders relevant to Electrical and during office hours upto 12:00 PM
for Procurement upto scheduled due date of opening. The completed tenders will be received upto 1:00 PM on the
scheduled due date of opening and shall be opened on the same day at 3:30 PM in the presence of the tenderers
who choose to be present. This NIT along with qualifying criterion is available at our website www.rajenergy.com

Notwithstanding anything stated above, the order placing authority reserves the right to assess
the credibility and capacity to perform the contract should circumstances warrant such an
assessment in the overall interest of the Department. The bidder shall furnish all other required

documents to the RRVUNL. RRVUNL also reserves the right to seek any additional information
from bidders.
