Price List
A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure any of our
DJs, UpLighting, PhotoBooth, JP’s, or Musicians for your event.
The retainer fee is deducted from the base rate.
All retainer fees are paid upon signing the agreement. The office
will accept credit cards, personal or bank checks for retainer
fees. All balances are due two weeks before the event date.
Balance is payable directly to the individual Performer in the
form of a personal or bank check.
We offer free travel for up to fifty miles from the Performer’s
home location. Any event location outside of our free zone
radius will be charged a travel fee. Travel fees will be calculated
by the office manager.
DJ Price List
Our DJ rates are based off a 5 hour event and hours must be
consecutive (the time cannot be split up). Retainer fees are
DEDUCTED from the base rate. Overtime rates are per hour
and can be split in half if less than one hour is needed.

Weather: For outdoor events, our DJs, musicians, and
PhotoBooth cannot perform in any type of precipitation.
There must be a tent or indoor option if inclement weather
occurs. If ground is wet or damp, there must be some type of
raised or hard floor to set up on - we cannot set up in wet or
damp grass.
Tipping is not requried, yet always appreciated. Please
present any tips directly to the performer and not the office.

UpLighting package is $995 and it includes:

PhotoBooth

Basic PhotoBooth package is $995 and it includes:

Ceremony
Musicians
The musicians that Main Event represents are all
accomplished performers with experience toward wedding
ceremonies, cocktail hours, and cocktail receptions.
Repertoire is comprised of a wide variety of music genres
including classical, light jazz, light pop, love songs, show
tunes, and other popular event appropriate selections.
Musicians are booked at the following time increments.
Ceremony includes a total of one hour. 20 minute prelude
while guests are arriving, 30 minutes allowed for the
ceremony with any music selections played during the
ceremony, and a 10 minute postlude while guests are leaving
the ceremony area. Church ceremonies often need to book
overtime to accommodate for longer ceremonies. Cocktail
hour is one hour of play time.
There will be a charge of $50 to have one musician present
during a ceremony rehearsal for the purpose of coordinating
music with the ceremony.
Because of the delicate nature of the instruments, string
musicians can only be booked for outside ceremonies
mid-April through mid-October. All other months must have
indoor ceremonies.
Justice
of the Peace
Main event offers 4 experienced JPs for your
ceremony! Pricing for JP service is $250. There is a
$50 retainer fee paid when signing the contract,
and the balance of $200 is paid directly to your JP.
The base rate includes a details meeting to plan
your ceremony. If you wish for your JP to attend the
ceremony rehearsal, there will be an extra charge of
$75.
