Designed to promote language and music literacy in all learning environments, it deals honestly, practically, and uniquely with the challenges teachers face in contemporary education. ETM courses approach teaching and learning in a refreshingly different way in accordance with the nature and development of the child and our contemporary understanding of human behavior and cognitive development. Developed by Mary Helen Richards over forty years ago, ETM master teachers consistently update teacher education with extensive brain-based research in order to articulate effective and useful ways of working with childhood behavior, lea rning and motivation.
