After Hours Service Times:
MON 6pm – TUE 8am
TUE 6pm – WED 8am
WED 6pm – THU 8am
THU 6pm – FRI 8am
FRI 6pm – SAT 9am
SAT 2pm – MON 8am
Process of using the CVFR Ticket Centre After Hours Service:
To use this After Hours Service, please queue the PNR as normal and then email the PNR to
[email protected]
Reminder – you must queue and email the PNR.
For New Issue, please type in the Subject Field of the email: Urgent Issue $50 fee applies.
For Re-issues please type in the Subject Field of the email: Urgent Re-issue $50 fee applies.
For Quotes please type in the Subject Field of the email: Urgent Quote $50 fee applies.
If this text is not noted in the Subject Field of the PNR, the PNR will not be actioned and issued or reissued.
Please do not abbreviate or change the text in the subject field of the email, for new issues only type
in subject field: Urgent Issue $50 fee applies. For re-issues only type in subject field: Urgent re-issue
$50 fee applies.
Any change or abbreviation in text of subject field to above mentioned may result in ticket not being
issued after hours and CVFR will take no responsibility of PNR.
Once issued an automated email reply from [email protected] will be sent back advising ticket
has been issued or re-issued
Please note tickets generally be issued within 1 hours (Maximum 2 hours) of queue and email being
sent.
After Hours CVFR Fees:
A fixed $50 fee will apply.
Please note the $50 fee applies per ticket /per transaction. If the ticket is subsequently voided, the
$50 fee will still apply plus an additional $10 void fee will also apply per ticket. For any re-issues, the
$50 fee is additional to any standard ticket centre service fees.
The $50 Fee is applicable to Adult and Child (no discount for Child) per ticket. \
The Infant fee is $20 per ticket
