NOTE:
Gas Lift Equipment to suit 34.21 kg/m (23PPF) x 139.7 mm (5.1/2" OD) casing and 9.67 Kg/m (6.5 PPF)x 73 mm
(2.7/8" OD) 8RD EUE API Tubing as per the following detailed specification:
1.0 Non-retrievable casing pressure operated 25.4 mm (1") OD conventional type gas lift valve normally closed
having port size of mentioned above. The valve must be in one piece construction dome and high quality long life
monel material bellows module, replaceable type tungsten carbide ball & seat with 12.7 mm (1/2") NPT pin down.
2.0 Gas Lift Valves and Redress Kit shall be procured from the same source.

Redress Kit shall be procured from the same source of the GLV.

Special Notes :
1.0 The items covered by this tender shall be used by OIL INDIA LIMITED in the PEL/ML
areas which are issued/renewed after 01.04.99 and hence NIL Custom Duty during import will be
applicable. Indigenous bidder shall be eligible for Deemed Export benefit against this purchase.
Details of Deemed Export are furnished vide Addendum to MM/GLOBAL/01/2005 enclosed.
2.0 Bidders are required to quote with minimum validity of 120 days from the Bid Closing
Date as per NIT requirement. BIDS with lesser validity shall be rejected.
3.0 Bidders have to indicate the minimum FOB/FCA charges in case of partial order for
reduced quantity/items. In case this is not indicated specifically, the charges quoted would be
prorated calculated and the same will be binding on the bidder.
4.0 Bidders are required to mention the weight of each item individually. QUOTATION must
be submitted in TRIPLICATE with original company catalogues as well as necessary certificates.
5.0 Please mention clearly in your quotation the Net. Weight, Gross Weight & Volume, Indian
Agent's Name and its Commission, Payment Terms, Ocean Freight/Air Freight Charges, Port of
Loading, Delivery period, Country of origin with manufacturer's name, etc.
6.0 Bidders who have successfully executed OIL's Purchase Order for the items in the tender
are eligible to bid against this tender. However, the bidder must fulfill the criteria under clause
1.0 of "General Terms & Conditions" (Document No. MM/GLOBAL/01/2005).
7.0 Item no. 10 & 20, 30 & 40, 50 & 60, 70 & 80, 90 & 100 will be procured from the same
source.
