Kistaiah, Bhiknoor, Nizamabad has filed a complaint U/s 18(1) dated 24-02-2014 which was received by this Commission on 25-02-2014 for not getting the information sought by him from the PIO / O/o GVK EMRI 108 Services, Devaryamzal Road, Medchal, Secunderabad. The brief facts of the case as per the complaint and other records received along with it are that the complainant herein filed an application dated 07-12-2013 before the PIO requesting to furnish: The vide letter no: EMRI/PPP/RTI/74/2014 Dt. 17-01-2014 has informed the complainant that the information sought does not come under RTI Act and cannot be shared and further informed that he does not come under the BPL. P.T.O. - - - The complainant was not satisfied with the reply the PIO, he filed this complaint before this Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him and also take action against the PIO for not furnishing information sought by him. The complaint was taken on file and notices were sent to the parties concerned directing them to appear before the Commission for hearing. The case was heard on 27-03-2014, 21-04-2014, 16-05-2014, 30-05-2014 and finally on 11-07-2014. The Complainant Sri. M. Kistaiah is present. The PIO / Smt. P. Susheela, O/o the GVK EMRI 108 Services, Devaryamzal Road, Medchal, Secunderabad is present. Heard both the parties and perused the records. The Commission directs the PIO to furnish the Complete information to the Complainant within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order and also produce the compliance report before the Commission.
