Ages: 5-15 (maximum of 40 campers)
Full Day: (09:00– 15:00) $375 per session
Ages: 12-18 (maximum of 40 campers)
Master Class: (15:00 – 18:00) $300 per session or daily rate $80 (min 4 participants)
Additional Information:
Full Day camps are designed for beginner through intermediate players
Master Class is a specialized training for high intermediate to advanced players
Minimum and maximum number of campers per week: 15-40 campers
Full Day campers bring their own lunch

MIDDLE SCHOOL
Our year of athletics is over. Penguin teams had an outstanding weekend last week. Softball and Volleyball
won CEESA championships, while the Girls Softball team also took the CEESA title and our Girls Volleyball
team took 2nd place losing in the fifth and final game.
HIGH SCHOOL
Volleyball and Boys Tennis Traveling teams depart today for Warsaw and Bucharest. Parents will receive
updates throughout the tournament. Please note the time difference in these locations. Parents of Girls Tennis
travelers will receive an email today regarding logistics for next week’s tournament in Sofia.
Penguin Life Athletics and Aquatics Awards 2014 May 22 at 16:00 in the Bolshoi Theater
Parents and student-athletes from our High School are asked to join us in a celebration of individual
excellence in both Athletics and Aquatics. Awards will handed out for each sport from this school year. The
male and female athlete of the year, Penguin Spirit, and Fair Play awards will also be presented.
On campus this Friday and Saturday we host both Boys and Girls Softball. Hope to see and hear you there.

Spring Season
Achievements of the Spring Season Activities and Athletics will be celebrated at the Recognition Assembly on
Tuesday, March 20 in the Bolshoi Theatre at 12:05.The following teams will be recognized: BEIMUN, Debate,
Band, Choir, CEESA MUN, HELIMUN, Volleyball, Tennis and Softball. Parents are welcome!
Summer Work Opportunity
Penguin Life is currently looking for HS students to serve as assistant counselors for the 5 summer camp
sessions in June-July. Interested HS students should notify the Penguin Life office and then submit a resume
and dates of availability.
Students can work for either CAS hours or a small stipend. If interested, please email [email protected].
French Exchange
On May 25 – June 1 AAS will welcome a group of students and teachers from Lycée Assomption Bellevue in
Lyon, France. Students will spend a week in Moscow sightseeing and getting acquainted with Russian culture.
Earlier on the year AAS students had an opportunity to spend a week in Lyon being hosted by the Lycee
Assomption Bellevue community. This exchange program supports a long term friendship between the two
schools. The leader of French Exchange program at AAS is Mme. Waller ([email protected]).

Term 4 dates: April 28 – June 6
Penguin Clubs continue as scheduled. At this time we are unable to offer students the opportunity to join or
switch activities and/or days as all activity lists are finalized. The Penguin Life team asks all parents and
students to refrain from requesting any changes in activities as the request for changes cannot be
accommodated.
Guidelines & Reminders for Participants in Penguin Clubs:
 Clubs begin promptly at 15:30 and conclude at 16:30, Monday through Thursday.
 Once clubs have been selected and finalized, participants and parents may not request a switch
into other clubs.
 Kindergarten & Grade One students will be taken from their classroom to the South Cafeteria to
meet their Club instructor.
 All students must be picked up from their activity room/space at 16:30.
 Students who have not been picked-up at 16:30 will be led to the ES Office.
 Elementary Clubs require a commitment from all participants. If participants fail to attend they may be
removed from that activity.
