O1 Properties and Tactics will retain their shares in the project: 50% + 1 share owned by O1 Properties and 50% - 1 share owned by Tactics Group. The buildings of the former Bolshevik confectionery factory, located on Leningradsky avenue not far from Belorusskaya metro station, by 2016 will be transformed into a new cultural and business destination. The complex will consists of museum of Russian Impressionism, cafes, restaurants, shops and a modern loft-styled business center. Tenants may lease office spaces with sizes ranging from 200 to 15,000 square meters. A landscaped recreation area will connect Leningradsky avenue and Skakovaya Street.
