Clifford G. Pilz, MD Memorial Lecture
The 9th Annual Clifford G. Pilz, MD Memorial Lecture took place on Tuesday, May 27,
2014 in the Moss Auditorium. The lecture was well attended by residents, fellows,
faculty, family, and even former residents of Dr. Pilz. The lecture started off with a
history of Dr. Pilz and then a history of the bow tie, Dr. Pilz was one to always wear a
bowtie. We were honored to have a former chief resident give us her memories of
being on rounds with Dr. Pilz.
