Dear Worthy Secretary,
Please give this Oregon State Grange Workers Activities (GWA) Committee Scholarship form to
members who are eligible. An applicant must be a Grange member, who by the time the
tuition scholarship is awarded in September, is an undergraduate student who has had at least
one year of college. Graduate students are not eligible nor are previous GWA scholarship
winners. The application must be proposed by your Subordinate/Community Grange. This
form must be signed by the applicant and by you and must bear the seal of the Grange.

my name as an applicant for the GWA tuition scholarship.
Please include a letter of intent or resume and a copy of the college acceptance
letter. We would like to know how you plan to use your.
The scholarship check will be made out to the school where you are enrolled and can
be used only for tuition. You must carry at least 12 credit hours in the fall term.
The application must be signed by the Secretary of your Subordinate/ Community
Grange and bear the seal of your Grange.
