Remembering our loved ones in our Masses and

the month of November, is a beautiful and laudatory
practice. The envelopes with the names of the
persons whom you want remembered will be placed
on the altar for special remembrance at all the
Masses during November. An effort has been
made not to have other Mass intentions for the
month of November

Since the Feast of All Saints falls on a Saturday this

Extraordinary Ministers of the Eucharist
Our parish is well served by many men and women
who engage in some form of formal or informal
ministry to our parish family. We are all very
grateful to them for their generosity to the
community. One of those ministries is aiding the
congregation in the distribution of Communion at
Mass and, at times, to the sick – Extraordinary
Ministers of the Eucharist. Now we are in need a
new Eucharistic Ministers for our parish. Some of
these volunteers have moved from the parish and
we need to supplement the existing numbers of
volunteers for the good of our parish. Would you
like to help our parish in this way? Qualifications?
• you must have received Baptism,
Confirmation and Eucharist;
• you must be a registered member of the
parish;
• if married, you must have been married in
the Church;
• you must presently be celebrating the
Eucharist each week with the congregation.
Not worthy? Do not let that thought keep you from
volunteering. There is not one among us who is
worthy of such a responsibility. We all rely upon
God’s love and mercy to see us through. It is God
Who makes us worthy. Pray about it; and if you feel
that God is leading you in this way, fill out the form
below. God really will take care to see you through
the task. Complete and return the form to Sister
Joan in the rectory:
