What a great time we all had at Days of Destiny Camp
Meeting. I appreciate each speaker – Don Reed, Mike
Reed, Steve Allen, Teresa Snider, Lindsey Snider and
Taylor Drake – as they did some “tag team” preaching
together. It was wonderful to see the generations
ministering together in The Word.

“Practically perfect in every way,” is a common
statement made about Mary Poppins in the classic
movie by the same name. Is that you? I know I’ve said
it on more than one occasion. Maybe I’ve meant it
partially but not in full! There, you have my confession.
If you always have to be right and prove your
husband that you’re right, then there will most assuredly
be some problems coming your way. General rule of
thumb, say what you have to say; then stop. Don’t keep
on dragging it out. ALL men hate that. Too many words
and they will interpret it as nagging! Then, they’ll want to
go to the roof or their man-cave.
It takes a strong woman to admit when she is wrong.
Somehow, when we have “the last word,” it gives us a
sense that we have
ended the discussion,
our husbands agreed
with us and we were
right. That is a false
assumption. The basic
principle is, “You can
give up your ‘rights’ at
times and be married or
you can be “right” all the
time and be single. I’ll take the former.
Author and encourager Karen Blake shares, “Every
time we use our words and actions to love someone,
encourage someone, or help someone, we are making a
deposit in their emotional bank account. Every time we
say something mean or hurtful or act rudely, we are
making a withdrawal.”
Isaiah 54:3 encourages us with, “Great will be your
peace and undisturbed composure.”
I’ll take peace and undisturbed composure any day!
Praise Team & Trey Wideman for their anointed
music.

churches and ministers. We appreciate you.
Welcome Hispanic Ministries Director John Pena
John Pena was born in Peru and is an international speaker conducting evangelistic crusades and

Mission M25 – Director Named
Greg Aery has been named as the
first NHM M25 Director. Greg is the founder
and pastor of The Link in Tulsa, one of
NHM’s newest churches. He and his wife
Stephanie have 3 children: Abby, Nathan and Kaitlynn. The Aerys believe in team ministry with each family
member involved in the church. Greg has a passion to reach people with a biker background or those who
have struggled with addictions in their lives. NHM is excited about this new ministry of reaching people for
Christ through the M25 Ministry.
Run For The Wall, a program sponsored by M25, biked through Oklahoma and Arkansas in May with
many NHM churches cheering them on. Over 300 bikers and veterans rode together on their trek to
Washington, D.C. where they joined over 100,000 others from across the USA to honor our veterans.
Thank you to our NHM churches who participated: Cromwell, Henryetta Abundant Life, Muskogee
Grandview Tabernacle, Muskogee New Life, Okmulgee Crosstown, Russellville, Stigler, Wetumka Living
Water and Wewoka New Life. Bishop Drake was in Sallisaw for the RFTW stop and NHM provided 600
bottles of Gatorade, 100 pounds of bananas and assorted snacks. See photographs on the back cover.
