ePAF is placed on the Department Initiator’s
worklist. Completes information formerly in
Comments. Start Date, MoCode, Comp Rate, work
address & phone, etc. Uploads any supporting
documents which should be filed with the PAF.

Dept Initiator creates the Appointment
Notification Form and submits. Never create an
ePAF without creating an ANF. Student titles as
listed in HR204 are only exception.
This action launches on boarding and is
trigger for provisioning of access and email.
Usually within 24 hours, next business day.
Immediately after submitting the ePAF, you
must create the Appointment Notification or
you risk it not being available to the
employee at the same time as the rest of the
onboarding forms.

level begins provision process
Onboarding stays in “Not Ready” status until all
steps are completed.

“recycled” it will always return to the person who
started the PAF ( initiator). Not everyone who has
the ability to initiate a PAF for the unit.
