SCOUT Christmas Post is a service provided by 5th Chislehurst Scout Group
to deliver Christmas cards in Chislehurst. We hope that you will let us deliver your
cards in order to raise funds for 5th Chislehurst Scout Group, which offers
scouting opportunities for around 90 girls and boys in Chislehurst.
Here’s how it works:
1. Complete the Order Form below to purchase your stamps (which are designed
by our 6–8 year old Beavers) at just 40p each. You can also purchase online at
www.5thchislehurstscoutgroup.webeden.co.uk (click on “Scout Christmas Post”).
If paying by cash please hand deliver your order.
2. We will deliver your stamps to you.
3. Stick a stamp on the envelope of each Christmas card.
4. Post your Christmas cards in the post box in Higgs Butchers, 17 Royal Parade, Chislehurst, BR7
6NR or jdm Estate Agents, 41 High Street, Chislehurst, BR7 5AE. If you are
unable to post your cards, ring us on 020 8468 7945 and we’ll pick them up from
you.
5. Scouts will collect from the above post boxes, sort and deliver your cards in
time for Christmas.
Alternatively, if paying by cheque, you can complete the Order Form below, attach it and your
cheque securely to your cards with an elastic band and post your bundle in the post box at Higgs or
jdm and we will stamp the envelopes for you.
Terms & Conditions
1. Available for Christmas cards to be delivered in Chislehurst (BR7 postcode) only.
2. Post boxes available at Higgs and jdm from 25th November until 23rd December 2014.
3. Christmas Day delivery guaranteed for cards posted by 20th December.
