Please confirm your participation by the 25th January failing which the waitlisted candidates will be given preference.
The softcopy of the completed poster has to be mailed in pdf format to [email protected] latest by 25th Jan, 2014.
The printed poster should strictly be of the size 3 feet width and 6 feet length only. Stands for the same size would be provided for the display.
The conference will be held at S.M. Pandit Rangamandira, Main Road, Gulbarga . You are supposed to report there on 30th Jan ’14, by 9.00 am to
the registration committee.
40 candidates have been shortlisted for poster presentation competition out of which 10 best posters will be selected by the committee on 30th Jan
2014.
All the selected 10 posters have to present their poster orally by the first author on the 31st Jan 2014 on the dais to the committee between 2.30 to
3.15 p.m.
Out of this 10 the best 3 will be selected for the first, second and third prize.
The first prize is Rs. 10,000, second prise is Rs. 7,500 and the third prize is Rs. 5000.
