East Gippsland C116 Updates the Glen Wills Restructure Plan in the Schedule to Clause 81.01; rezones 130 Bellbird Road, Granite Rock to Farming Zone; removes the Restructure Overlay from 15 Shoreward Avenue, Newlands Arm and updates the Newlands Arm Restructure Plan accordingly. Greater Bendigo C183 Rezones 63 and 65 Wattle Street, Bendigo to a Special Use Zone, Schedule 10 and amends Schedule 10 to facilitate continued development of the Girton Grammar School. Greater Bendigo C189 Replaces interim Heritage Overlay controls for 27 Pallett Street and 52 Edward Street, Bendigo with permanent controls and applies the Heritage Overlay to 72 Queen Street, Bendigo. Mornington Peninsula C155 Rezones land within Port Phillip Bay adjacent to the Blairgowrie Safe Boat Harbour to a Public Park and Recreation Zone to facilitate the reconfiguration and extension of the Blairgowrie Safe Boat Harbour. Surf Coast C66 Implements the recommendations of several Torquay/Jan Juc strategic studies (sustainable futures, neighbourhood character, vegetation assessment, retail, parking, outline development plan) in the Local Planning Policy Framework and various local provisions, and makes several site specific zoning and overlay changes. 1 of 2 Surf Coast C95 Rezones land generally located one kilometre west of Duffields Road, Torquay between Grossmans Road and the Great Ocean Road to an Urban Growth Zone and introduces the Urban Growth Zone. Also rezones 248 Great Ocean Road, Jan Juc to Special Use Zone 9 and introduces Schedule 9 provisions.
