Manufacturing Procedure
1. Add Part 2 and heat under stirring until complete solubilization of ingredients.
2. Heat Part 1 in a separate vessel.
3. Add Part 1 to Part 2 under stirring. Mix well until emulsion is formed.
4. Add Parts 3 and 4 and mix well.
Description
This wrinkle minimizer for the eye area features Kobo's Silica Shells, that absorb
oil from the skin, leaving a matte effect. MSP-TS04, Polymethylsilsesquioxane
(PMSQ) Microsphere, gives the formula a soft focus effect. Nomcort® HK-G is a
gellant that can also improve formula stability, as well as NOMCORT® AG, that is
a gelling agent for the water phase. Both NOMCORT® products are responsible
for the formula structure. SALACOS® 99 is a light ester that can improve skin feel.
