Key considerations - Variation from EoI – significant variation is change in requested $ and/or offered water – reassess competitiveness of all Applications against EoI thresholds (i.e. would your Application still be competitive in the EoI stage?) - Business Plan related to proposal and for use in preparing an Application (up to $5,500) - Property acquisition (up to 25% of lesser of VG valuation / bank valuation / purchase price) - Commence plans / process for development approvals, site use approval, etc asap - Retrospective commitment ok / retrospective payment not ok (e.g. purchase of land / trees) - More information is generally better than less so Program can understand true intent.
