QUANTUM MURRAY APPOINTS FOUR EXECUTIVES TO LEADERSHIP TEAM IN
SUPPORT OF GROWTH & SERVICE DIVERSIFICATION
TORONTO, Ontario (December 12, 2014) – Quantum Murray LP (QMLP), a leading Canadian
Environmental and Industrial Services company, announced the appointment of four executives to its
growing team. Graham Dickie has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, Mikhail Hanna is the new
Head of Operations, Percy Dumba is now Senior Vice President, Partnerships & Market Development,
and Kyle Popeniuk is Quantum Murray’s new Prairies General Manager.
“I’m very pleased to announce that we’re adding a significant pool of expertise and leadership
experience to our team,” said Michael Winter, CEO. “Our organization is experiencing tremendous
growth and this addition will further enhance the company’s ability to diversify its’ service offerings
while supporting our plan to become Canada’s leading environmental and industrial services
provider.”
Graham Dickie, a certified accountant, brings years’ of progressive finance experience to his role and
has spent most of his career working in large industrial services firms focused on oil & gas and related
extractive sectors. Most recently, he served as CFO of TWMA Ltd., a privately owned oil & gas waste
management company with offices located in Europe, Africa, North America and the Middle East.
With a strong operational finance track record, Graham is a strategic thinker who partners with
management to generate decision data and advise on strategic ventures and alliances that have
resulted in significant profitability.

growing; there are many potential opportunities,” said Graham. “For years I’ve worked in major
project-driven businesses and I will apply this experience to support the company in achieving its
goals.”
Mikhail Hanna, Head of Operations, has a PhD in Civil Engineering and over 13 years of experience in
project execution improvement, project controls, estimating, risk management and workflow process
simulation. He’s planned and executed a number of domestic and international projects in the oil &
gas, power, nuclear and green energy industries for companies that include SNC-Lavalin and InfoGem.
As a skilled PMP Project Manager, Mikhail will focus on streamlining operations and driving process
efficiency on a national scale.

Percy Dumba, now Senior Vice President, Partnerships & Market Development joined Quantum
Murray in 2005 and has held a series of senior roles, most recently as the leader of the
Prairies/North Regions. Prior to joining the company, Percy had gained significant experience in a
variety of related industries including remediation, construction, demolition and waste
management. Throughout this experience, he excelled at building and leading strong teams
while implementing a strategic vision during times of economic change.
“I plan to lead the company’s business development initiatives into new areas while also growing our
core business,” said Percy. “Quantum Murray has a proven track record of delivering superior quality
and value to their customers’ environmental challenges. Our collaborative approach to working with
First Nations and other partners allows us to deliver cost effective solutions with an accelerated
schedule.”
Kyle Popeniuk, Prairies General Manager, brings over a decade of experience in the environmental
services industry. In addition to overseeing a number of large scale demolition, remediation, mining,
construction and water treatment programs throughout his career, Kyle has also led the development
and successful execution of multiple health & safety programs.
