The metallic pre-galvanized enclosure is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. Maximum security The system includes an overload and short-circuit protection, by means of magneto-thermic breaker. This equipment is supplied with the batteries already integrated and ready to use. Greatest compatibility The battery box features a pre-charge logic to direct connect with INGECON® EMS Home or INGECON® HYBRID AC-Link converters, obtaining a totally compatible range of products from Ingeteam. Battery Box Modular system It is possible to connect together many battery boxes increasing the total capacity of the whole storage system. Both series (suggested) and parallel compositions are supported. Thanks to its modularity, the original schema is scalable and it can be adapted to suit the requirements of any kind of project. Battery Technologies The INGECON® EMS Battery Box can be equipped with two different battery solutions: OPZV-GEL BLOCK OPzV Block batteries belong to the highest EUROBAT classification for maintenance-free lead-acid batteries: >12 years long life. Capacity: 110Ah C10 (52 kg) or 167Ah C10 (74 kg). PROTECTIONS Magneto-thermal protection. DC pre-charge. Sealed and maintenance-free operation. Maximum temperature up to 45 °C. Up to 3000 cycles at 50% DOD. Optimal solution for deep cycle applications. AGM BATTERIES AGM series batteries designed for deep discharge application, with special chemical formula for plates active paste material, slightly stronger electrolyte and low temperature design, which can withstand repeated deep cyclic application. Capacity: 95Ah C10 (30 kg) or 150Ah C10 (37 kg). Sealed and maintenance-free operation. Maximum temperature up to 40 °C. Up to 2000 cycles at 30% DOD.
