Who to contact in Study related Certificates? 8/2014 Certificates of attendance or non-attendance o All students at the university are entitled to certificates of attendance (and nonattendance) free of charge. o Pick up from Student Services at City Centre (Fabianinkatu 33) or Kumpula (Jyrängöntie 2). o You can also order the certificate via email at [email protected]. The certificate is then sent to you via mail. Transcripts o One official transcript per term, issued in Finnish, Swedish or English, free of charge. o You can pick up the transcript from Student Services at City Centre or Kumpula or order it to be sent via mail ([email protected]). Delivery 3-5 working days. o Do not forget to check that you have all of your courses registered before you take the free official transcript. For additional transcripts, you have to pay a fee. o More information at http://www.helsinki.fi/neuvonta/english/transcript.htm o Note: The Transcript of Records includes all the courses that you have passed at the UH. Courses for which you have enrolled in WebOodi but have not passed will not be shown on the Transcript. It is not possible to delete courses which you have passed from the Transcript.
