Who to contact in Study related Certificates?

Certificates of attendance or non-attendance
o All students at the university are entitled to certificates of attendance (and nonattendance) free of charge.
o Pick up from Student Services at City Centre (Fabianinkatu 33) or Kumpula (Jyrängöntie 2).
o You can also order the certificate via email at [email protected]. The certificate is
then sent to you via mail.

Transcripts
o One official transcript per term, issued in Finnish, Swedish or English, free of charge.
o You can pick up the transcript from Student Services at City Centre or Kumpula or order it
to be sent via mail ([email protected]). Delivery 3-5 working days.
o Do not forget to check that you have all of your courses registered before you take the free
official transcript. For additional transcripts, you have to pay a fee.

o Note:
 The Transcript of Records includes all the courses that you have passed at the UH.
 Courses for which you have enrolled in WebOodi but have not passed will not be
shown on the Transcript.
 It is not possible to delete courses which you have passed from the Transcript.
 Transcript is not automatically sent to you or your home university.
 You are responsible for collecting your Transcript.
 Within the University the unofficial transcript is also accepted.

