Non foaming, robust oxidizing agent for preventing shade deviations

Properties

LAUCOL OX LIQ is a non foaming, robust oxidizing agent for preventing shade
deviations caused by substances with a reducing effect during the one – bath dying
with disperse, reactive or disperse – direct dyes on fabric mixtures of polyester/cotton.

LAUCOL OX LIQ improves the reproducibility of polyester dying with disperse dyes,
especially with blue and navy types which are sensible to reduction

In case of PES/Cellulosic fibre blends with short liquid ratio bath LAUCOL OX LIQ
helps to neutralize the reducing effects formed by the decomposition products of the
cellulosic fabrics

Application

LAUCOL OX LIQ is used in exhaust dyeing and can be diluted in all proportions with
cold or warm water.
Dosage
PES/CEL dyeing with disperse /reactive or direct dye stuffs
Application by exhaustion

added to the dye bath together with the other dyeing auxiliaries before starting dyeing

dyeing In some difficult conditions the amount of LAUCOL OX LIQ has to be increased to 2
g/l
