Reading based contact centre IT specialist IP Integration (IPI) has today revealed it will be one of the select early adopter partners for the new AVAYA CLOUD SOLUTIONS service to be launched by BT Wholesale and Avaya later this year. The move will see IPI work on trials starting in November 2014 before full commercial roll out next year. The announcement follows months of work between IPI, BT Wholesale and Avaya as the new service is readied. The development will now see IPI add cloud-based solutions to its existing suite of software, IT, network, applications and consulting offers for 2015. Friday, 05 September 2014 Media Release from IP Integration Dave Glasgow, Director at IPI says; “Companies are increasingly looking at cloud-based solutions as a means to simplify and control their costs - the opportunity to work with Avaya and BT Wholesale on the new service made great commercial sense for us because it gives us that total package for our clients” The news about IPI’s involvement as an early adopter partner follows on closely from the announcement on 12th August, that Avaya and BT Wholesale were launching the new AVAYA CLOUD SOLUTIONS service, under a new five year joint initiative, which will see BT Wholesale offer AVAYA’s Unified Communications and Contact Centre Applications to mid-size contact businesses of 250+ employees. James Hennah, Director, Fixed Telecoms, BT Wholesale BT Wholesale said earlier this month; "Hosted Communications Services are at the heart of our plans to offer more to our indirect channel business. By working with us, channel partners can offer their business customers a complete and future-proofed communications service." The new service, which will allow companies to ‘pay-as-you-grow’ as their needs change, will only be available to accredited Avaya partners – such as IPI, through BT Wholesale. Already a leading partner of Avaya and a specialist in the mid-size contact centre market, IPI was ideally placed to work with both companies on developing the 2014 trials for new service. The 2014 trial activity reflects IPI’s own confidence in using smart new technologies – as explained by Jamie Little, Director of Pre-Sales at IPI who has been codeveloping the project with colleagues from Avaya and BT Wholesale. He says; “We have a real history at IPI of always being quick to move into and use the latest technologies to provide new solutions for our customers - and the new AVAYA Cloud Solutions gives us the strengths of both AVAYA Aura and the BT Wholesale network so that we can confidently provide our clients with a really smart hosted solution. We’re delighted to be an early adopter partner and we are looking forward to working on the project and seeing the results.” –Jamie Little, Director, Pre-Sales, IP Integration – - ENDS Friday, 05 September 2014 Media Release from IP Integration Key Summary Points: IP Integration (IPI) are now one of select Early Adopter Partners for a new AVAYA CLOUD SOLUTIONS New cloud solution was announced in August under a five year agreement between AVAYA and BT Wholesale Solution only available from Avaya accredited partners (such as IPI) and through BT Wholesale Development shows trend for companies to seek cloud and hosted solutions IPI are working with Avaya and BT Wholesale on early trials scheduled to start in November 2014 Further Information Please Contact: Andrew Armour, Head of Marketing, IP Integration On Mobile: 07971 231 025 On Email: [email protected] About IP Integration: IP Integration was established in 2002 and is a leading provider of innovative contact centre solutions and services including; consulting, network services, unified communications, IT services and contact centre software and maintenance.
