NPL WHOLESALE SECTION – NPL SENIOR OFFICER
MAIN DUTIES:




















Identification of Causes of Non-performing Loans
Preparation of unpaid debt statement and/or warning letter/s.
Determine best strategy, including calculation of business plan evaluation of current business activity in
order to define if there is any last chance for restructure before exit.
Collect the required documentation regarding the current legal standing of the client
Negotiation of payment arrangements with delinquent customers.
Monitor day to day NPL Wholesale customer payments
Re-evaluate/re-examine of the loan security obtained
Propose strategy for a solution, detailed into a Credit Proposal and submits them to the supervisor.
Evaluate or recommend loans for restructuring
Work with clients to identify their financial standing and to find best solutions.
Administers the process of preparing the documentation for decision making authorities.
Follow up the Authority Approval conditions
Perform the review of the cases
Return the cases to the respective sections/departments meeting the respective requirements
Fulfils the other duties assigned by superiors.
Administration of physical files of assigned customers in Non Performing Wholesale Loans Section.
Ensures that clients receive prompt response and efficient support for their requirements.
Coordinates communication with other Department in order to assess risk profiles identified within the
NPL Wholesale Section Loan Portfolio.
Ensures that ABS and Group policies, procedures and guidelines related to HR issues are effectively
followed in his/her area of responsibility.
Coordinates, supports, with the rest of the team towards effective operation and performance
improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:





University Degree, Preferably in Economics, Finance or Accounting.
Master degree is an advantage.
Excellent command of Albanian and English language.
MS Office Package.
Five (5) years of relevant Banking experience and three (3) years of experience in NPL.






Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
Good organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills (flexibility, initiative).
Ability to track the market and identify business opportunities.
Ability to work under pressure
