Please review notes below for any additions or variations. 1) 1/2 commercial gauge tolerances are available (up to 0.249"), 1/2 commercial width tolerances are available in widths greater than 12”. Tighter width tolerances subject to inquiry. 2) Other intermediate and unregistered tempers subject to inquiry. Special “P” tempers are generally available but subject to inquiry. All unregistered tempers mechanical property limits are to be included on the purchase order. 3) H38 and H291 above 62” are subject to inquiry. H291 < 0.032” is not available. 4) H291 Mechanical property limits are; Bare UTS 40 min., YS 38 min., E% 5 min, Coated UTS 38 min. YS 34 min., E% 5 min. Coated mechanical property certifications are subject to inquiry. 5) “Low side” H32 and H34 tempers for enhanced formability are available. 6) H32 for 0.250” - 0.313”, with hot mill finish, subject to inquiry. 7) Fiber cores for “O” temper coils on gauges below 0.030” are subject to inquiry. 8) Horizontal packing on “O” Temper is available only on cradle skids. 9) Gauges down to 0.010" are subject to inquiry. Widths up to 73.0" and below 4" are subject to inquiry (see toll slitting availability sheet). Note: Items over .125 gauge requiring more than 1 slit cut must be toll slit (example: .150 gauge x 2 cuts of 24”). All items over .190 gauge (regardless of width), must be toll slit. 10) Recovery of one (1) ingot, minimum order. Lesser quantities are subject to inquiry. 11) OD's below 70 PIW are subject to inquiry. 12) Maximum OD is 80". 13) Gauges 0.010" - 0.064" multi-cut are available in 16" ID. 14) Gauges 0.010" - 0.190" single-cut and multi-cut are available in 20" ID. 15) All other ID's subject to inquiry. 16) O-temper sheet will always receive an application of protective oil to prevent scratching and water stain unless specified on the purchase order. Orders that specify dry O-temper sheet will likely have some light cosmetic scratching and be less resistant to water stain. 17) "Dry Sheet requests will likely have some light cosmetic scratching (friction scratches). Paper Interleave is recommended at an additional cost (call pricing for paper interleave extra). Aleris will not accept a claim for friction scratches if the coils are shipped without paper interleave." 18) H111 Temper will be leveled after anneal.
