Service Hours – Letters/Certificates need to be completed by the adult in charge of your service; Documentation Sheet is to be filled out by member w/adult signature III. NJHS T-Shirts 1. T-Shirts are to be work on Fridays 2. Nikki Schmittinger will be responsible for reminding everyone to wear their shirt 3. Order form for additional NJHS clothes will be distributed by the end of the week with a due date 4. NJHS T-Shirt needs to be ordered for Kate Appleby-Wineberg (small) IV. Back to School Night 1. Monday, September 15, 2014 at 6:30 PM – meet in front of the office at 6:15 PM 2. Wear NJHS T-Shirt and Pin 3. One member at each end of hallways on third, second, first floor, near Mr. Pancoast’s classroom, and by the doors leading to PAC building. Morning Announcements 1. Every Tuesday starting on September 16, 2014 – announcements will be read by NJHS member 2. Announcements occur at: Full Day 8:39 to 8:41 leave class at 8:35 Half Day 8:23 to 8:26 leave class at 8:19 Delayed Opening 10:13 to 10:15 leave class at 10:09 3. Schedule was emailed to all teachers in the building on Wednesday, September 17 VII. Box Top, Can Tabs, Book Drive 1. Committee of 5 members and NJHS President for each 2. Attendance is mandatory for all committee members 3. Box Tops Committee will meet on Friday, September 19 at 2 PM in PAC 3 to discuss Boxtoberfest, rewards, organize posters 4. Movie Night in the Gym – Scheduled for the last Friday of the month, show a themed movie in the gym at 6 PM, admission will be selected collection item (can tabs, box tops, etc) 5. Book Drive – books for all ages will be collected and distributed to appropriate library 6.
