HOW
• Net new O365 customers must purchase at least 150 seats of select Office 365 SKUs (Exchange Online, O365 ProPlus, Sharepoint Online, Lync Online, OneDrive
and Project Online, Project Lite, Project Pro for O365 and Visio Pro for O365 standalone SKUs (including G SKU equivalents and paid EDU SKUs) to be eligible for
this offer. The minimum may be met through any purchased combination of the eligible SKUs.
• A formal request must be submitted in the Fast Track portal - Partner logs a request at http://portal.fasttrack.office.com with details on the customer’s name,
contacts, domain name and deployment timeframes.
• Customer then will need to engage with the Onboarding Center and choose to redeem the FY15 Adoption Offer. Once the customer is engaged with the
Onboarding Center and has chosen the FY15 Adoption Offer, the “REDEEM” button in the FastTrack Portal will go live -- The process for "enabling" offer is to get
engaged with the Onboarding Center and to confirm that the customer is going to be utilizing the FY15 Adoption Offer through your partner organization. In
order to do so, Fast Track Portal states below in the description of this offer "to redeem, contact Office 365 Support" and you will need to send an email to
[email protected] to engage the Onboarding Center team and start the process for the Offer selection/redemption.
• If offer is redeemed through partner org and Customer has been confirmed as eligible, a BIF request for will be submitted by PMO for funding. Once BIF
request is approved, IO is assigned and PO is requested. Once PO is approved, work can begin.
• Investments are paid directly to a qualified CPD after the seats are fully deployed. Payment can occur after Microsoft verifies 15% active seat usage and all
other terms of the offer have been met.
