To Reserve Stall, please send booking form with full payment by 30th November. If
payment is not received by this date, the stall will be re-allocated to another vendor.
Early booking recommended to avoid dissapointment.
Please note, outside catering has already been arranged and therefore no other
caterers will be permitted. This does not affect retail produce stalls.
Payment can be made by Cheque or Cash. If paying by cheque, please make cheque
payable to MAD Events and forward to the address above. Please do not post any
cash, please hand in to the address above .
MAD Events Christmas Market is in aid of Berwick & District Cancer Support Group
All Profits for the Stalls will be going to this charity.
