The Participants are advised not to carry pirated, obscene books and also books banned by Government. Participants who don’t comply with this regulation will not only lose their right to continue in the Fair but will also face appropriate legal action. 3. The Partipants are advised to strictly follow the Fair timings. The Participants will be allowed inside the Fair Grounds 30 minutes earlier to the commencement of the Fair. 4. Please pay attention to the announcements made from time to time during the Fair. Avoid causing disturbance and help us to run the fair smoothly. 5. The participants are advised to give only 10% discount and bills have to be issued for all the sales. 6. Hawking, canvassing and distribution of bit notices inside the book Fair premises are strictly prohibited. Similarly encroaching common passage between the stalls is strictly prohibited. 7. Participants should make their own arrangement for racks and furniture. 8. Participants should get written prior from the organizers for any prize scheme or an event. 9. Exhibitors allotted under the category of books are NOT allowed to use Television, Speakers etc. Television if used in stall other than the multimedia stalls are lible to be collected stall rents as applicable for multimedia stalls. Multimedia stalls displaying inactive CD’s and DVD’d SHOULD NOT use speakers but can use HEADPHONES attached to their computers for testing the Audio performance to potential buyers / visitors.
