Exhibitor Guidelines
1. Stall Sizes are as per the layout
2. The following shall be provided for each Octonorm Stall , Table – 1 No Only ,
Chairs – 2 Nos Only , Power Point – 1 No only.
3. The Stall Shall Be Handed Over To Respective Representative Only On 16th Jan 2014
At 6 pm.
4. Mail the Facia names as required to [email protected]
5. Request you all to minimize usage of Plastic.
6. The Clear Ceiling Height is 7 Ft only so kindly adhere to the same for all your
branding to avoid last minute hassles
7. Parking is Only In The Allocated Parking Areas
8. Please Adhere To The Branding Space Provided To You. Any Other Brandings
Anywhere In the Campus , Shall Attract A Penalty To The Company
9. Food Coupons Are As Per Committee Decision & Stall Sizes, Remaining Shall Be
Purchased On Payment.
10. Food Coupons can be collected from Org Secretary IWWA 2014 at the Convention
Venue.
11. Please avoid bringing heavy materials for Exhibition and please note crane /
tripod is not allowed inside the venue.
