Group Centre CRPF Pune keeps procuring store items of various nature periodically for
supplying to the field units as per requirement. To mitigate the difficulties on account of not knowing
the particulars and correct source of suppliers, it has been decided to keep a panel of registered
suppliers of various kind of stores such registered suppliers would be prima facie eligible to receive
Tender Enquiries for procurement of stores from this office. They are ordinarily exempted from

All the interested firm/suppliers/ dealers manufactures who are desirous of registering their
firms with this Group Centre, may forward their application for registration to the under signed within 30 days
from the date of publishing of this Notice. This Group Centre will register the firms initially for one to three
Years. After satisfactory performance of the firms during the initial registration period is established their
registration shall be renewed, however this would be at the discretion of under signed.

The following details required for registration may be furnished along with documents in the
format given below:1. Name of Firm with full postal Address/ Documentary Proof regarding Credential.
2. ST registration/TIN number
3. Copy of pan card, Sales Tax return
4. A report from the Bankers regarding financial limit
5. SSI registration certificate along with item for which registered with SSI
6. Past performance report
7. Details of supplies made to other Govt. Departments with quantity, value etc. (copy of supply order
to be attached)
8. Items for which firm wants to register
9. Drug License Numbers if any
10. E Mail ID if available
11. Manufacturing capability of the firms
12. Quality control systems of each firms proposed
13. Details of stock held (ie Raw material or finished goods)
14. Copy registration with NSIC or any other govt organization if any
15. Whether firm has ISO 9000 certification.
16. Period of proposed for registration.
