Darla Moore School of Business offers:

Program Overview
The MHR is a 16-month program, including 27 credit hours
of HR-specific coursework, 12 hours of business core courses,
a required six-credit-hour internship and an optional overseas
immersion trip. Students from any undergraduate major are eligible
for admission. Work experience is desired, not required.
