Message from Chairman, ICWCI (Hong Kong)
Dear Members, Council Members, Fellow Advisors,
Thank for all of you for your passion and precious time input to the
Institute during the Session 2013-2014.
It has been a fruitful year for the Institute in terms of :
1. There have been an increase number of applicants and members for the Institute;
2. There was an increase number of Council Advisors and Honorary Advisors joined our Institute;
3. The link with the other Institutes, Education Sectors, Governments who have been with us newly
and previously have been developed very well;
4. The Shenzhen Cost Engineer Association has confirmed with us that there is a Memorandum to
be signed between us for closer co-operation agreement in the coming Annual Dinner 2014;
5. There had been quite a substantial CPD Events, Seminars, Technical Visits and Social Events held
for the members and non-members to participate.
For the coming Session 2014-2015, other than the above mentioned happenings, we plan to develop
technical courses together with other Institute or Education Sector as a further expectation for our
Institute.
In the coming Session, your utmost support and contribution to the Institute is again expected in
order to strengthen the Institute and your status as a qualified Clerk of Works or Construction
Inspector in the construction industry.
