108 VOCATIONAL TRAINING COUNCIL VTC HONORARY FELLOW AWARD SCHEME Launched in 2007, the VTC Honorary Fellow Award scheme is designed to give recognition to distinguished industry representatives whose support would help raise VTC’s profile and status as the leading vocational education and training institution in Hong Kong.
