Who We Are
The Metalworking Group’s Global Sourcing provides manufacturing services and
solutions for companies throughout the United States. We work with Manufacturing
Partners in China and India. Our partners have the capabilities to meet all of your
sourcing needs. These capabilities include:

 Sheet Metal and Stamped Components
 Fabricated Weldments

How We Do It
The Metalworking Group’s Global Sourcing Department works with our Global Partners to insure
each project meets your requirements by doing the following:
 Managing and communicating all aspects of the project from timeline to quality
requirements.
 Identify and Poka-yoke the critical features.

Fixtures and gages are designed and manufactured by MWG. These gages are then implemented into
our overseas production processes.
 Pre-production samples are manufactured and submitted to the customer for approval prior to the initial
production run.
 Inspection reports are sent prior to overseas shipment. The results are also audited by MWG upon arrival
in Cincinnati.
 MWG is in daily contact with our partners overseas through email and instant messaging. In addition,
MWG conducts quarterly visits and audits.

 We are able to use our extensive manufacturing knowledge to select the best process for your
parts.
 We are not just an agent behind the desk. We can identify and resolve issues as they arise, not
when parts arrive.
