Responsibilities:
H
H • Acts as a resource facilitator to high performance work teams
H
H • Coaches team members regarding performance and process issues
H
H • Monitors and improves production process through SPC system
H
H • Ensures proper GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Ensures teams use safe work practices and that safe working conditions exist
H
H
• Ensures that all products are running in control and meeting goals
H
H • Ensures the lines meet sanitation standards
H • Communicates process problems to employees, management and following shift H
H
H • Facilitates team problem solving and decision making
H
H • Delivers team training, monitors effectiveness and identifies gaps
H
H Requirements:
• BA, BS or AS degree preferred
H
H • 2+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required
H
H • Strong team building skills
H
H • Experience implementing safety programs
H
H • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
• Experience with BPCS or an ERP system preferred
H
H • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes required
H
H • Training experience desired
H
H • GMP, HACCP, and SPC background preferred
H
H Shift: 3rd shift
H
