Citrus County Parks & Recreation will be presenting a Comedy Night with Comedian Rene’ Bray on Friday, February 6, 2015 at the Central Ridge Community Center. Rene’ is a unique combination of flavors that is guaranteed
to create a memorable experience. She saunters onto the stage with a shy smile, old fashion southern charm,
and within 5 minutes, whether in a crowd of 50 or 5000, you'll feel as if you're at a party, listening to a long lost
friend. She transforms crowds of strangers into temporary families while keeping all eyes and ears directed towards her.

Our heated 225,000 gallon Junior Olympic Size swimming pool is a perfect way for people to exercise who
aren't able to workout on land due to physical disabilities or special needs. There is no excessive pressure on
joints and bones. Our pool has a handicap ramp built into the pool, along with an accessible water-wheelchair
that allows you to enter and exit with ease. Swimming just thirty minutes, three times a week, will put you on
your way to a healthier, more productive lifestyle. Swimming is a highly effective, low impact, aerobic workout.
But the best part is... it's FUN! Come join us at the pool to cool off, exercise, or to just have fun!

P.L.A.Y. Program will teach your child the basics of various sports, through one hour,
weekly practices. Your child will build self-esteem and confidence as he/she learns to play
with a team of other children in a fun and safe environment. Team t-shirts will be provided
for each child as well as age appropriate sports equipment to play the game. Registration
and payment must be turned into the Parks Admin office prior to the programs start date.
Payments will not be accepted at the field.

NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC:
Effective October 1, 2014, the Central Ridge Community Center will no longer be a membership based
facility and will be open to the general public. This facility has a billiards room, ping pong tables, tennis courts as well as free activities/classes. Exercise equipment is available for a small monthly fee of
$10.00 which can be used during regular business hours only.
The pool is open from May through September. Pool admission rates apply.
