Throughout the reporting period of June 1, 2013 through May 31, 2014, the SEU
posted sales openings on such sites as Indeed.com, ZipRecruiter.com, All Access.com,
station and personal Facebook pages, Craigslist, Monster.com, local university job
boards and many others.

Throughout the reporting period of June 1, 2013 and May 31, 2014, the SEU executed
an internal referral rewards program.

During the reporting period, the SEU hosted student interns from,, Bowling Green
State University, Grand Valley State University, Ohio University, Michigan State
University, John Carroll University. The interns worked in the SEU’s Promotions
Department and were supervised by the SEU’s Promotions Director and the Assistant
Promotions Director. The interns assisted with all aspects of promotions and typical
assignments including attending live remotes and reviewing websites.

The SEU participated in The Ohio Association of Broadcasters (OAB) Virtual Job Fair
on October 28, 2013 through November 1, 2013. This opportunity is another avenue
for employment outreach and to educate the public about career opportunities in
broadcasting. The SEU ran radio announcements beginning 10/21/13 on 7 of our 8
stations, as well as placing a web banner on our websites. 56 applicants sent their
resumes.
