Hinweis zum Verkleben auf dem Mauerwerk
How to install the tape to walling:
Vor dem Einbau: Folienband für innen und außen (Vlieskombination mit variablem sd-Wert).
Selbstklebestreifen zum Verkleben auf dem Fensterrahmen. Die Befestigung auf dem Mauerwerk erfolgt mittels vollflächiger Selbstklebeschicht.
Tipps für die Verlegung: Die Haftflächen müssen trocken, öl-, fett- und staubfrei sein.
Im Leibungsbereich für eine ausreichende Gewebearmierung des Putzes sorgen. Angebrochene Rollen können beim nächsten Einsatz wiederverwendet werden. Alle 4 Seiten
des Fensters sind abzudichten. Die Folie zur Brüstung hin wird zum Schluss verlegt.
Einbau innen: Folienband über die drei abzudichtenden Seiten des Fensters abrollen und
mit ca. 10 cm Überlänge zuschneiden. Abdeckfolie des Übertragungsklebers abziehen und
verdeckt an den Blendrahmen kleben. An den Ecken jeweils eine Schlaufe ausbilden. Die Klebestreifen der Schlaufen zusammenpressen, so dass ein luftdichter Anschluss gewährleistet
werden kann. Den Blendrahmen wie gewohnt montieren. Die Funktionsebene mit PU-Schaum
ausfüllen. Nun das Band um 90° abknicken und möglichst mit einer leichten Schlaufe verlegen und mittels vollflächiger Selbstklebeschicht auf dem Mauerwerk verkleben.
Wichtig: Das Band nicht steil vom Blendrahmen zum Mauerwerk verlegen, sonst ist
der Putzauftrag zu dünn und reißt!
Before installation: Flashing tape for inside and outside (fleece combination with variable sd value). Self-adhesive tape for installation to window frames. Tape is attached to
the walling by full-face self-adhesive layer.
Tips for installation: The surface to which the tape is installed should be dry and free of
oil, grease and dust. Provide sufficient fabric reinforcement of the plaster in the window
reveal. Reels that have been opened can be used again for the next job. Seal all four
sides of the window. The tape towards the parapet is installed last.
Indoor installation: Roll out the tape along the three sides of the window you want to
seal; cut the tape to length, allowing some 10 cm extra length. Pull off the film strip of
the transfer adhesive and attach it concealed to the outer part of the window frame.
Form a loop at each corner. Press the adhesive strips of the loops together to produce
an air-tight joint. Install the outer window frame as usual. Fill the functional level with
polyurethane foam. Now bend the tape 90 degrees, install it with a small loop, if possible, and attach the full-face self-adhesive layer to the walling.
Important: do not lay the tape from the window frame to the masonry in a steep slop
as the applied plaster will otherwise be too thin and tear!

kleben. Band mittels vollflächiger Selbstklebeschicht auf dem
Baukörper verkleben.
Cut the flashing tape to length. Remove the cover strip of
the transfer adhesive, then attach the tape to the exposed
side of the outer part of the window frame or, before installation, concealed to the outer part of the window frame.
Install the tape to the building structure with the full face
of the tape.
Die Haftflächen müssen sauber, trocken und tragfähig sein. Staub, Fette,
Öle und lose Teile müssen entfernt werden. Eine Grundierung ist evtl.
nur auf speziellen Untergründen notwendig. Hierzu sind Klebeversuche
zu machen. Die Verklebung ist auf den gängigen Baumaterialien (Holz,
Beton, Kalksandstein,..) gegeben. Die Verklebung soll vollflächig ausgeführt werden (mindestens 75%, siehe Leitfaden zur Montage/TR 20,
RAL, ift Rosenheim). Dies wird durch die vollflächige Selbstklebeschicht
sichergestellt. Die notwendige Bewegungsaufnahme ist durch entsprechende Materialzugabe zu ermöglichen (zur Fugendimensionierung und
Ausführungen, die die üblichen Bauteilbewegungen ermöglichen sollen,
die grundsätzlichen Vorgaben der DIN 4108 und 18540 beachten).
Längsstöße sind 5-10 cm überlappend auszuführen! Fehlstellen können
z.B. mit entsprechendem Folienkleber nachgedichtet werden.
Zusätzliche Hinweise sind dem Merkblatt „Verputzen von Fensteranschlussfolien“, herausgegeben vom Bundesverband der Gipsindustrie,
zu entnehmen.
All surfaces should be clean, dry and sufficiently load-bearing. Any dust,
grease, oil and loose material should be removed. Some bases may require priming. Installation tests are recommended in such cases. The tape
can be installed without problem on all common building materials (wood,
concrete, sand-lime brick, ..). The adhesive face of the tape should make
full contact with the base (at least 75%, see Installation guide/TR 20, RAL,
ift Rosenheim). This is ensured by the holehedral self-adhesive layer. A sufficient length of tape should be allowed for compensating movements (the
basic provisions of DIN 4108 and 18540 should be observed for joint size
definition and design to allow for the usual movements of structural components). Longitudinal joints should be installed with 5-10 cm overlap. Skips
can be repaired, e.g., with appropriate film adhesive.

Montage à l’intérieur
Avant l‘incorporation: Feuille ruban pour l‘intérieur et l‘extérieur (combinaison de non-tissés à valeur
sd variable). Bande autocollante à coller sur le cadre de fenêtre. La fixation sur la maçonnerie a lieu au
moyen d’une couche autocollante adhérant sur toute la surface.
Conseils de pose : Les surfaces de collage doivent être sèches, exemptes d’huile, de graisse et de
poussière. Dans la zone de la tranche murale, veillez à ce que le crépi soit suffisamment armé de
textile. Les rouleaux entamés pourront continuer de servir lors du chantier suivant. Il faut étancher la
fenêtre sur ses 4 côtés. La pose de la feuille ruban en direction de l’allège de fenêtre a lieu à la fin.
Incorporation à l‘intérieur : Déroulez la feuille ruban sur les trois côtés à étancher de la fenêtre et
découpez au format en laissant une surlongueur d’environ 10 cm. Pelez la feuille recouvrant la colle
de transfert et collez de manière invisible contre le dormant. Formez une boucle à chaque angle. Comprimez les bandes adhésives des boucles de sorte à garantir un raccordement étanche à l’air. Montez
le dormant comme d’habitude. Comblez le niveau fonctionnel avec de la mousse de PU. Maintenant,
coudez la bande à 90° et posez-la de préférence en formant une légère boucle puis collez-la sur la
maçonnerie avec la couche autocollante pleine surface.
Important : ne pas poser la membrane trop étirée du cadre de la fenêtre à la maçonnerie,
sinon la couche de crépi pourrait se déchirer.

Перед монтажом: лента для внутренних и наружных швов (комбинация из нетканого волокна с
переменным значением влагопроницаемости sd). Самоклеющаяся лента для приклеивания к
оконной раме. Сплошная клеевая сторона для приклеивания к проёму.
Советы по укладке: поверхности должны быть сухими, чистыми, без остатков смазки и жира.
Обеспечить защиту штукатурного слоя в проёме армирующей сеткой. Открытые ролики могут быть
использованы и в дальнейшем. Изолируются все 4 стороны окна. К парапету лента приклеивается
в конце.
Монтаж с внутренней стороны: отмотать количество ленты в соответствии с трёмя сторонами
окна с запасом прибл. 10 см. Снять защитную бумагу с клеевой полосы и приклеить к торцу
оконной рамы. В углах необходимо оставить петлю. Клеевые стороны петель приклеить друг
к другу. Этим достигается герметичность стыка. Установить окно в проём и осуществить его
монтаж. Заполнить средний слой монтажного шва пеной, после чего отогнуть ленту на 90 ° и
приклеить сплошной клеевой стороной к проёму.
Важно: во избежание отрыва штукатурки не приклеивать ленту с наружной стороны в
натяг к проёму. Оставлять небольшую петлю из ленты между рамой и проёмом.
Montage à l’extérieur
Raccourcissez la feuille ruban. Détachez le ruban recouvrant la colle de pontage,
puis collez la feuille ruban sur le côté apparent du dormant ou, avant le montage, de
manière masquée contre le dormant. Collez la feuille ruban sur le corps d‘ouvrage
au moyen du ruban adhésif pleine surface.
La pose doit avoir lieu dans l’ordre suivant :
1. En bas horizontalement 2. Verticalement
3. En haut horizontalement

Отрезать ленту. Удалить защитную плёнку и приклеить ленту на видимую
сторону оконного профиля, или к торцу оконного профиля перед монтажом,
после чего приклеить ленту сплошной клеевой стороной к проёму.
При приклеивании ленты придерживаться следующей последовательности:
1. Снизу горизонтально 2. Вертикально 3. Сверху горизонтально
Remarque visant le collage sur la maçonnerie
Les surfaces de collage doivent être propres, sèches et offrir la portance requise. Il faut retirer
la poussière, la graisse, l‘huile et les fragments détachés. L‘application d‘une couche d‘apprêt
ne sera éventuellement nécessaire que sur les surfaces supports spéciales. A cette fin, il faudra
effectuer des essais de collage. Le collage est efficace sur tous les matériaux de construction
courants (bois, béton, brique silico-calcaire, etc.) Le collage doit être réalisé sur toute la surface
(minimum 75%, voir le guide de montage / TR 20, RAL, ift Rosenheim). Le collage est assuré
par la couche autocollante pleine surface. La nécessaire absorption des mouvements doit être
rendue possible par ajout correspondant de matière (concernant le dimensionnement des joints
et les formes d‘exécution devant permettre les mouvements habituels des éléments constructifs,
il faut respecter les critères fondamentaux figurant dans DIN 4108 et 18540). Les aboutements
longitudinaux doivent être réalisés avec un chevauchement de 5 à 10 cm !
Il est possible d‘étancher après coup les zones incorrectes, par exemple avec une colle pour
feuilles correspondante.

raccordement de fenêtres » édités par le « Bundesverband » de l’industrie du plâtre.
Указания по приклеиванию ленты к проёму
Поверхности должны быть сухими, чистыми, очищенными от грязи и жира. Грунтовка может
применяется только, если это необходимо – рекомендуется проверить клейкость. Лента может приклеиваться к любым поверхностям (дерево, бетон, силикатный кирпич и пр.). Приклеивание осуществляется по всей поверхности (мин. 75%, см. руководство по монтажу TR20,
RAL, ift Розенгайм). Это обеспечивается благодаря сплошному клеевому слою. Компенсация
деформаций обеспечивается соответствующим увеличением количества ленты (для определения размеров шва и его деформаций применяются нормы DIN 4108 и 18540). Обеспечить
нахлёст не менее 10 см!
