Barb Piper presents her trip to
El Salvador

Dr. Barb Piper has been a Physical
Therapist for 36 years and a resident of
Westover for the past 2 years. Barbara moved to Westover
on the advice of her ailing husband who wanted the
comfort of knowing he was leaving her with the support of
living in a Colonial Community. Since his passing, Barbara
has chosen to honor and remember her husband during
the week of his birthday by going to Central America
on Medical Missions. This year was her second time to
travel with Global Health Organization to El Salvador. Her
service to the people of El Salvador has enriched her life
and changed her in ways she never anticipated. Barbara
is excited to share her journey of faith with her fellow
residents.

Highlights for August
Theatre Sign Ups
Throughout the month of August, Elements is excited
to partner with Pat Ganz, a local, well- known theatre
director in the Hamilton area, on a theatre project. If
you are interested in theatre or assisting with costumes,
production, organizing, or play writing, this is for you!
SignUps are required. Please visit the Elements front desk
to sign up.
The date of the meetings for the group will be
determined after the group is formed.

Senior Fitness Assessments
Friday, September 26th
Location: Partners in Prime Hamilton location
Sessions will take place from 11am-12pm, 12pm-1pm,
and 1pm-2pm
You will receive a personal assessment on your flexibility,
strength, endurance and much more, along with a
computer generated report analysis of your results
compared to the national averages of others your age
and gender. A licensed physical therapist and professional
fitness staff members will consult with you afterwards to
help direct you toward your optimal wellness goals. Along
with a fitness assessment, your BMI, body composition
and blood pressure will also be measured so you will
have a detailed health analysis on this day. Plan to wear
comfortable clothes and feel free to bring a friend.
Anyone 50 and older is welcome to attend.
