Sealed quotations in percentage rate on prescribed schedules are invited from registered contractors (HT license holder)/
reputed Manufacturers / Registered Dealers / Distributers for supply of Centrifugal Mono-block Pump Sets / Submersible
Pump Sets/ ASD Starter, External Electrification of Power supply work, Re-installation, Re-development of Tube Wells,
supply of G.I. Pipe, M.S. Pipe, Main Switch, TD Cable, Capacitor, Air Release Valve, MS Tee, Valves and other Fitting
Materials to be utilised in different Lift Irrigation Projects in the Bhadrak, Mayurbhanj, Balasore & Jajpur district under
Orissa Integrated Irrigated Agriculture and Water Management Implementation Programme funded by OFID out of the
multi tranche financing facility loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Eligible quotationers for different packages has to quote for each of the above mentioned packages separately in
percentage rate, and the package will be evaluated and contract will be awarded to the bidder whose quotation shall be
determined to be substantially responsive to the request for the quotation and who has offered the lowest price.
Quotation schedules along with specifications & terms and conditions will be sold to the intending bidders at the Office of
the Deputy Director, C&QCS, Dam Safety (MP) Division, Secha Sadan, Bhubaneswar – 751001 during office hours on
working days from 24.11.2014 to 08.12.2014 (upto 11.30 AM) on payment of requisite Quotation Paper cost
(non-refundable) as mentioned above in shape of Cash / Bank draft / Banker’s Cheque from nationalized banks drawn in
favour of Deputy Director, C& QCS, Dam Safety Division,(Medium Projects), Bhubaneswar payable at Bhubaneswar and
on receipt of written request mentioning the quotation Call Notice No. and Package No. Sealed Quotations in duplicate will

be received simultaneously in the Office of the Chief Engineer-cum-Project Director, PMU,OIIAWMIP, 5 floor, Rajiv
Bhawan, Bhubaneswar - 751001, Odisha as well as in the Office of the Deputy Director, C&QCS, Dam Safety (MP)
Division, Secha Sadan, O/o EIC (WR), Bhubaneswar – 751001, Odisha in all working days during office hours till 1.30
PM. of 09.12.2014 and will be opened at 3.30 PM on 09.12.2014 in the Office of the undersigned in presence of the
bidders or their authorized representatives, who wish to attend. If the Office happens to be closed on the last date of
dropping and opening of the quotations as mentioned above, the quotations will be received and opened on the next
working day at the same time and same venue. The quotation can also be submitted by Regd. Post/Speed Post

addressed to the Chief Engineer-cum-Project Director, PMU, OIIAWMIP, 5 floor, Rajiv Bhawan, Bhubaneswar but the
postal Quotation must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 11.30 AM of 08.12.2013. The quotation received
late through post will not be considered for opening. The department will not be responsible for any lapses or delay in
postal delivery. The detailed terms and conditions of the quotation, scope of work, technical specifications etc. can be
seen from the quotation document available in the office of the undersigned / Deputy Director, C&QCS, Dam Safety (MP)
Division, Secha Sadan, Bhubaneswar during the office hours except govt. holidays. Quotation document can also be
downloaded from the official website http://www.dowrodisha.gov.in for which the payment towards cost of quotation paper
as mentioned in column no.6 of the table above against the respective package is to be made and furnished along with
the quotation in shape of bank draft / pay order from any nationalized bank drawn in favour of Deputy Director, C&QCS
Dam Safety (MP) Division, Secha Sadan, Bhubaneswar payable at Bhubaneswar can be submitted alongwith quotation
document, without which the quotation shall not be considered as responsive.

The Quotationer is to submit self attested copies of valid VAT clearance / CST clearance certificate, copy of PAN card and
EMD in shape of NSC/Post office Savings Pass Book Account / Post office Time Deposit Account / Deposit receipt of
Schedule Bank for 1 year, duly pledged in favour of the Deputy Director, C& QCS, Dam safety Division (Medium
Projects), Bhubaneswar. The bidders shall have to produce original VAT / CST clearance certificate, PAN card, for
verification at a date to be notified by the undersigned subsequently. Quotationers from outside Odisha or India who are
not registered under Section 99 of VAT Act should submit copy of Central Sales Tax clearance certificate and an
undertaking in the form of affidavit indicating that they are not registered under the VAT Act because they don’t have any
business in the state of Odisha and they have no liability under the Act. In such case they are to obtain and submit VAT
clearance certificate after getting the supply order from the undersigned.
The undersigned reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantities of materials mentioned in the schedule of
quantities. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason
thereof.
