About Polysafe
Development of science and industry provided the ground for technologies to produce various
protective coatings and novelties. Polysafe is the most effective of the water-proof, anti-corrosion
systems and systems protecting various surfaces from mechanical effects. Being the leader among the
insulation systems in the world today, this material was first invented in the United Sates. At present this
system has its wide application in the US, Japan and European countries in the following areas.

Polysafe’s molecular structure
Polysafe has a structure consisting of linear polymers, at the molecular basis of which
lies the —HN—СО—NH— molecule. The use of polyetheramines as a base component instead of
polyether-polyols
that
are
specific
to
polyurethanes’
chemistry,
resulted
in
creation
of
a qualitatively new synthetic polymer material. The unique properties of the new materials
are explained by the existence of representatives of the amine group in the polysafe
macromolecules. Application of the Polysafe insulation materials is done via pulverizing
by high tech equipment. The several components of the insulation material are heated in a
special machine and mixed at the 240 ATM pressure, which turns them into a mixture with a
special molecular structure. Then this mixture is pulverized over the treated surface under
a high pressure. The temperature of the material at pulverization is 70°С. The material
dries in 0.3 second and is ready for use after 1 minute.

Work personnel and equipment
The specialists of our company have undergone a special training abroad on the subject of areas of application,
types and use rules of the insulation materials. In addition to that, special mechanized mobile groups were formed
by our company to apply the method in various areas. The fast setting properties of the Polysafe insulation
materials enables the mechanized mobile groups to cover 1000 square meters per day.

Cracks and mechanical flaws on areas
The applied insulation system fully covers all cracks and mechanical flaws to create a single layer. Big
mechanic cracks and flaws are filled with special polysafe filler layers prior to the rendering coat. No
patching traces are left during application of the insulation material. This is possible due to the high
adhesion characteristics of the Polysafe material, which enables it to stick together in joints.

Insulation of water channels
One of the advantages of this insulation is its resistance to pulling stress and deformation. The pulling
stress resistance index is 300-1000%. This means that if the block beneath the applied insulation breaks
due to any outside force (mechanical shrinkage of soil, breakage of concrete, earthquakes and other
factors) and the broken parts drift 5-6 mm apart, this will not cause any rupture of the insulation material
applied upon it. The low friction ratio in the Polysafe-applied channels prevents sludge accumulation and
makes it impossible for any plant seed to stick to the surface and strike roots.

Insulation of foundations
Application of the Polysafe insulation system in insulating foundations in ground water and wetland areas
is of great importance. The main feature of this coating is its ability to infiltrate even tiniest microscopic
cracks on any concrete surface and make it monolithic. This system is an irreplaceable insulation material
to protect from ground waters and wetland.

Roof insulation
The excellent physical properties, resistance to sun rays, flexibility, strength and waterproof peculiarities
