Mass Save® Participating Independent Installation Contractors The contractors on this list participate in the Mass Save Home Energy Services Program for customers that are served through Western Massachusetts Electric. Participating Independent Installation Contractors work with Mass Save Energy Specialists to implement weatherization measures based on the program eligible recommendations from your Home Energy Assessment. In order to participate in the Mass Save Home Energy Services Program working with the contractors listed, you must: • Have an Active Western Massachusetts Electric Account in a non-gas-heated home. • Occupy a 1 to 4 family home. Insulation work associated with new construction, additions, renovations or any other projects where weatherization work is required to be completed in order to meet state or local codes are not eligible for the Home Energy Services Program incentives.
