Scale all ingredients

Mix all ingredients with spatula for 30 sec. at speed 1

Scrape the bowl

Mix for 10 seconds at speed 1

Scale 15 g of batter to a paper covered baking plate

Bake in convection oven for approx 7 min. at 200°C (392°F)
