Organized company functions, such as sales meetings,
socials and hospitality rooms, are NOT ALLOWED during
any Ag Expo scheduled event, as follows: Tuesday, January 20th from 4:00 to 6:00 PM; Wednesday, January 21st
from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM; and Thursday, January 22nd
from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
EXHIBIT ASSIGNMENT PROCEDURES
BOOTH DECTORATING CONTEST
Exhibit booth and bulk space will be assigned on a firstcome, first-served basis. The contract deadline is October
20th and exhibitors will be notified after November 10,
2014 of their exact booth location.
SET UP AND TEAR DOWN INFORMATION
Large Equipment Move-In:
Large equipment (block spaces in bulk rows) move-in on
Monday, January 19 from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
Installation of Small Booth Exhibits:
Installation of 10x10 and 10x6 booths begins at 9:00 AM and
must be completed by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, January 20th.
Move Out and Tear Down:
No exhibitor may remove an exhibit in whole or part, before 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 22nd and everything
must be removed by 5:00 PM. Early removal will result
in loss of location priority during the next Ag Expo.
Forklift Available:
A forklift will be provided free-of-charge on Monday and
Tuesday, January 19-20 for move-in and Thursday,
January 22 for move-out.
Truck Wash Available:
A power washer for large equipment will be provided
free-of-charge inside the rear entrance door in the truck
wash bay on Monday, January 19th.
BOOTH FURNISHINGS/ELECTRICITY
/INTERNET
Booths DO NOT contain furniture, carpeting (except in
booths 1-65) or electricity and are draped in black. A
form for ordering furniture and electricity from the Sioux
Falls Convention Center will be sent with booth confirmations. Internet access is free.
The Ag Expo Committee will be awarding discounted
booth space in 2016 to the exhibitors that best decorate
their booth in a basketball theme.

The booth rental fees are listed below. A 50% deposit is due when the exhibitor contract is signed. All
booth fees and membership dues (you will be invoiced) must be paid in full by December 1, 2014.

** Roaming Exhibitors do not have a Booth but may solicit business and are listed in the program.
NOTE: If you DO NOT WISH TO EXHIBIT and are a company that manufactures, produces, sells,
distributes, buys, brokers, or has services related to fertilizer, pesticide, seed, feed, grain, and equipment products, but wish to attend Ag Expo for the purpose of soliciting business, your pre-registration and at-the-door registration fee will be $300 or $600 for non-members.
Judging will be on Wednesday, January 21st beginning
at 8:30 AM. Winners will be announced during the
SDABA Annual Meeting at 11:00 AM that same morning.
Winners will be chosen by the following criteria: most
creative; best representation of the theme; and most interactive.
First place will receive a $300 credit toward booth space
in 2016 and the TRAVELING TROPHY, second place will
receive a $200 credit toward booth space in 2016 and
third place will receive a $100 credit toward booth space
in 2016.
