Moist cuts are tender, juicy and melt in your mouth. 4. An average serving of meat is 1/3 lb - 1/2 lb. If you’re a big eater, 1/3 lb may only constitute a snack. 5. Sausage is sold by the link. Links are approx. 5” long weighing roughly 3.5 ozs . Our sausage is made in-house from 100% beef - no fillers! 6.
